Had a bad sensor on my dishwasher. Matthew diagnosed this issue right away and it was fixed immediately . He was personable, knowledgeable and arrived promptly. The price was reasonable. I will say he was GSD dog approved. I am a first time customer but I will surely will be using this company again for my other appliance repairs.

A+ Customer Service! Second time I use Steve Slaton Appliance Repair. First time they came quickly and serviced my dishwasher. I remembered the professional and knowledgeable service and called again to service my dryer. They came that same afternoon, fixed and was running my dryer a couple of hours later. Fantastic! The team was super honest with us and basically advised us to go ahead and purchase new instead of getting the repair done (which they probably could have made more money from us with the repair but gave us their honest experience opinion of what to do instead). The technician, Brandon, came on time to diagnose my fridge that stopped dispensing water. He discovered what the issue was, gave the quote which I agreed to, ordered the part, and scheduled a time to come back to do the repair. When it was time for that second appointment, he came on time once again and fixed the issue quickly. Great experience.
