Steve has always been upfront about what it would take to fix something. He is a solutions person and will even let you know if you are better off buying a new appliance, or if service is still feasible. He is cordial and honest and will solve your issue. He has the experience and knowledge.

My built in microwave went out and I needed it repaired soon. I left a message which was responded to promptly and I had an appointment the next day. The service technician was early and diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly and I was back in business. The service technician was knowledgeable, polite and clearly experienced.
